Cruise Parking F.A.Q.

Where do I check in at?

You will need to check in at 8600 Astronaut Blvd, which is the 2 story white building. Enter at the side of the building and go around to the back; someone will be there to assist you.

How do I make a reservation?

There are three ways to make a reservation. The most cost efficient and best rate is to go to our web site www.parkportcanaveral.com and make your reservation online. If you book online and prepay, you will get the best rate. The second way is to reserve a spot online but not pay until you arrive. The third way is just show up the day of your cruise and pay then. For the cost of each please visit our web site at www.parkportcanaveral.com

How early-late can we arrive?

Some people get an early boarding pass from the cruise line; however we will not be able to get you to the ship any earlier with that pass. We cannot start taking people to load until the ships have cleared (all people are off).

  • We ask that you arrive no earlier than 09:30.
  • The first check in time is 09:45.
  • The 1st bus leaves at 10:30-11:00 for the port, depending on the ships being cleared or not.
  • Our buses run every 15-20 minutes until 3:00pm.
  • The last bus leaves our parking lot at 3:00pm.
  • Our parking is only 2.9 miles from the port.

How does our service work?

DAY OF DEBARCATION

Please enter on the side of the building and pull around to the rear of the building.

Once at the back of the building there will be a parking assistant there to help you.

We ask that the driver stays with the car and unloads the luggage onto the sidewalk and then parks the car. While the driver is doing this, one of the passengers can go inside and check in.

ALL PARTIES MUST CHECK IN.
When you check in, you will be given a return voucher for your return trip once your cruise is over. The return voucher must be shown to get on the shuttle back to your car. One thing you may want to do is take a picture of it with your phone in case you lose it.

Once you have checked in and your bags are in line and your car is parked, the bus driver will load your luggage. After your luggage is loaded you will then board the bus and be taken to your ship.

Please pay attention to what the driver says, because they will tell you where to go on your return to get picked up.

DAY OF YOUR RETURN

We will have buses at the ship waiting for you to get off at 7am and they run every 15-20 minutes until the ship is cleared (all passengers are off).

There is no need to call our office unless you are unsure of where to go or you are delayed getting off the ship.
We will have a person from the Radisson/Park Port Canaveral at the ship to assist you when you get off. This person is at all ships except Disney; Disney will have their own people to assist you.
